Stuart Rivers - Field Surveyor

Stuart is a former Chairman of Fife Bird Club for over 15 years, and now an SOC Council member and one of the editors of Scottish Birds. He has undertaken various BTO/RSPB/SOC bird surveys over the past 25 years, and been a contributing author to several books - most recently 'Bird Observatories of Britain and Ireland' 2010.

Stuart’s main birding interests are rare and scarce species and migration patterns in Scotland. He is co-editor of the annual Isle of May Bird Observatory report and a devotee of birding on Barra in the autumn.
