Protected Mammals

If you need to carry out surveys for otters, badgers, red squirrels or water voles, we can help. The ACE team have carried out large numbers of surveys for these species.

We have camera trap equipment and can record infra-red images of nocturnal species.

The ACE team also have a huge amount of experience with other rarer protected mammals such as pine marten and wildcat.
